OPEC were commissioned to modernise a meeting suite located on the top floor of a London office building, comprising an eight-room meeting suite arranged around a central core.
The client’s design team had developed the initial proposals, with OPEC supporting the design development stage through value engineering and added-value input from our operations team. This collaborative approach enabled final finishes and detailing to be agreed efficiently while maintaining design intent and budget alignment.

The refresh included new flooring throughout, upgrades to the external perimeter windows and a rationalisation of existing services within the ceiling void. This allowed for the introduction of exposed services, creating an industrial aesthetic suited to a modern, temporary meeting environment.
The result is a contemporary and flexible meeting suite that balances functionality with character, delivering a refreshed top-floor space suitable for high-level meetings and collaborative working.
